Spent a moment a day, recap on what u had done for the day. Were u happy in the day itself or u were never happy in the day. If yes, u were happy in the day, u are blessed. If not, may u ask yourself, why are u not happy for just a moment of the day. A day, a full 24 hours in a day, why aren’t u ever be happy for a moment or a second? Is earning a smile on your face from your kinder heart is that difficult? Is yes, TRY to find and learn to smile and how to be happy. Just a moment of happiness brighten up your entire tired day.
